Dearest Diana and Family,
Sending our sincere sympathy. We feel so blessed to have gotten to spend time with you and Rod here in Fredericksburg. It was always a nice surprise to see both of you at games, school pick up or birthday gatherings. We know what a wonderful grandpa, "Poppi", has been to Ethan and Edward (and all of his grandchildren). I used to look forward to Rod's vacation binders....even though I wasn't going on the trip, I loved to

Diana and family,
We are so sorry to hear about Rod. He was a mentor to Jim at Xerox and we both enjoyed working with him. We were always treated so warmly by the two of you. He will be missed. We hope the wonderful, happy memories will make your heart smile again.

Rod provided me wonderful opportunities at Xerox for 30 years. As a young, green sales rep, his mentoring skills provided me the knowledge and work ethic to be successful. Rod was always there in good times and bad times, yet he was always looking forward in a positive way. I'm lucky that we crossed paths early on. He will be missed, but not forgotten. The best to the family.

I will always cherish my time with Rod. Our visits on the sidelines and in the stands of his grandkids sporting events. He was always there for them and I know how much that means to kids. God bless and god speed.

I grew up with Evan, Jeff and Whit. Many of my best childhood memories are of my brother and I playing with the Williams family. Rod was a big part of those memories. I treasure those memories and the time spent with the whole Williams family. From dinners in the backyard to camping on the Perdernales to dove hunting on the lease Rod as always fun, always strong and a positive influence as a husband and father. Rod's passing is a loss to us all.
